Alterations and additions to an existing multi-unit apartment building on the Kirribilli waterfront set within the World Heritage Precinct of the Sydney Opera House and the local Heritage Conservation Area of Kirribilli.

The design demanded and attained concurrent acceptance from the North Sydney Council Design Excellence Panel in conjunction with the City of Sydney and involved contemporary re-interpretation of an existing ill-fitting building through use of qualitative copper and bluestone materiality, anti-reflectance glazing, proportioned and detailed in response to specific contextual fit.

Interior structural adjustments afford improved spatial flexibility & increased panoramic views toward the iconic Opera House & Harbour.
