Cremorne Residence / Sydney
2008
A new residence designed to replace an existing Neutral Heritage Item.
The residence sits beneath a series of neighbours viewing over the site toward harbour views in the north & the design resolved a horizontally proportioned two-storey residence set into the side of the slope to limit height.
Copper Standing Seam roofing & timber eaves/window detailing is conceived in harmony with a masonry base & cantilevered slab aesthetic to achieve a contemporary result within a heritage precinct.
