A new cubist volumetric residence rotated toward the views against the curving fulcrum of the 10m street retaining wall located to the north & west of the site.

A pedestrian bridge is slid from the main volume of the residence to meet the street & a cantilevered terrace hangs above the steep landscaped slopes beneath.

A glazed & louvred void is located on the northern half of the residence to spill light down to the lower floors & a 20m lap pool sits perpendicular to the main residence at ground level.
