An existing Aged Care Facility having 60 Bed individual ward accommodation over 4 levels with ground floor communal spaces.

Pre-existing constructional deficiencies were identified in consultation with the operator & a full Certification review was undertaken to assess matters for upgrade meeting compliance standards.

30 accessible bathrooms were redesigned & reconstructed through a staged occupation programme while a series of fire safety & resident amenity issues were resolved in achieving Certification.
