An existing heritage listed childcare facility was redesigned to accommodate 25 more children through a sensitive yet efficient re-presentation of existing spaces while absorbing some previously unused areas.

The main simple-pitched volume of the centre was reconfigured, a new enclosed entry area was formed, new exterior covered play areas were created & new amenities were constructed, each within difficult heritage parameters.
