A study of existing & evolving urban development patterns was commissioned by a client who owned a pivotal & iconic site in the Redfern precinct.

The study assessed floor space ratios, height limits & urban design guidelines before a CAD modeling exercise was completed which expressed the pattern of forms & revealed the development potentials for the client.

Subsequent development solutions evolved from this study across a spectrum of three uses within the allowable zoning.
